Mahesh Patel is the Group’s Chief Executive. Mahesh has over 20 years experience in the care sector at senior executive level, including positions in finance and other healthcare related industries including dental, prosthetics, orthotics and children’s nurseries’
John Alflatt is the group’s Finance Director and has worked in the care home sector since 1996. John qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in 1993
Surendra Patel is Operations Director of Minster Care Group with over 20 years experience in the care sector
Colin Farebrother is the care group’s Care Services Director. Colin is a Registered Nurse and has worked in the care home sector (both in elderly care and learning disabilities services) for more than 15 years. Colin is supported by an experienced team of regional operations managers and support staff.
