About Westhaven
Westhaven Care Home is situated in a quiet residential area of Hoylake on the Wirral very close to the beach and a lively shopping area with lots of cafes and restaurants with some artisan bakeries. It provides accommodation for persons who require nursing or residential care. It also provides a flexible range of respite and palliative care for the elderly. The highly efficient and passionate team of healthcare professionals provides person-centric care suitable according to individual care needs.
Our resident’s well-being is the focus of everything we do at home, and we ensure to maintain a lifestyle programme of daily activities for residents to participate in and spend quality time doing their favourite activities. The home is purpose-built to a high standard and comprises 52 single occupancy bedrooms all of which have en-suite facilities of a toilet and shower facilities. It is divided into three separate households over three floors which can be accessed via a large passenger lift.
The floors have accessible communal areas like lounges and dining rooms for residents to relax during the day and enjoy meals together. Our in-house salon room pampers our residents with treatments from regular visits from hairdressers. The garden area to the rear of the home is facilitated with seating areas to enjoy some fresh air on good weather days.
